Cycle Tourism Collective runs the programmes where destinations, operators and buyers meet, then uses what we learn on the ground to advise the people who come back for more.

What a buyer event includes

A destination funds the programme and we produce it. The work is scoped and priced against what you want the event to achieve. The format follows the established hosted-buyer events in the wider travel trade.

Local and overseas buyers

A balanced buyer list, with international tour operators and agents alongside buyers from the host market.

Scheduled and unscheduled tables

Pre-booked meetings for the people who need a fixed diary, and open tables for the conversations nobody planned.

Participant catalogue

A printed and digital catalogue of every operator, destination and buyer taking part, so meetings start with context.

Fam trips

Familiarisation rides and visits that let buyers experience the product they are being asked to sell.

Social programme

Receptions and dinners hosted by the destination, where much of the real business gets started.
